We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join us and become a key member of the Project Support team!
The purpose of this role is to project manage identified, prioritized strategic Enbridge Gas Inc. projects (high complexity, cross functional stakeholders) throughout the project life cycle, and act as the liaison between business and TIS for technology related projects to ensure project objectives are achieved.
The Sr Project Manager is accountable for Project Management, Employee Engagement (Change Management), and Facilitation for identified priority projects.
This role also provides mentorship and contributes to the ongoing refinement and improvement of Project Management Methodology and tools.

What You Will Do

• Promote the Project Support team and its capabilities by meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients and ensuring projects are delivered per business requirements.
• Keep company management advised of project status through ongoing contact, communication and presentations.
• Participate in any / all phases of project management (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout), ensuring key project management components are addressed (e.g. scope definition, cost/benefit analysis, communications plan, risk log, sustainment plan, etc.)
• Act as mentor for other members of the Business Advisory Services team to provide cross sharing and coaching.
• Partner with internal project leads to deliver successful outcomes to Business / Process / Integration type projects.
• Participate in external software and hardware vendor relationships for product evaluation and co-ordinate testing and training of the product, in partnership with TIS as required.
• Provide and / or co-ordinate change management and employee engagement activities to ensure that systems, processes, and procedures are implemented in a sustainable manner.
• Act as a project resource on other Company or Corporate projects or initiatives to provide insight into, and resolution for project interdependencies.

Required
Who You Are:

• 6 or more years of equivalent experience.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma, or relevant work experience.
• Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Project, PowerPoint) required.
• Strong leadership skills and experience with change management initiatives and the ability to influence others.
• Demonstrated project management experience with diverse stakeholders.
• Outstanding understanding and delivery of project management methodology for sophisticated project and proven facilitation experience, including session design and delivery.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
Professional/Technical Certification or Licenses

• PMP Designation
