Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and related fields, and leverage this knowledge to propose and implement innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and incorporate external libraries, tools, and frameworks to enhance our machine-learning capabilities.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance.
• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to tackle complex problems in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with the research team to bridge the gap between academic research and practical applications, contributing to the organization's thought leadership.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to gain insights and improve model performance
• Implement and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and frameworks to process and analyze large-scale datasets efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including software design, coding best practices, and version control systems.
• Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms in real-world applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a related field with a strong focus on machine learning or artificial intelligence.
• Strong understanding of various machine learning techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, ensemble methods, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, sci-kit-learn).
