Brand Acquisition Manager Jobs

A brand acquisition manager is responsible for identifying and acquiring new brands that align with Eros Influencer Marketing’s vision and mission. They will research market trends, consumer preferences and competitor activities to find potential targets that can benefit from Eros’s influencer network and services. They will also negotiate and structure deals, oversee the integration of acquired brands and monitor their performance and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A passion for influencer marketing and social media trends
• A degree/diploma in marketing, business or a related field
• Data-driven decision making and an affinity for numbers
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven experience in brand management, marketing or acquisitions
• Strong analytical, creative and strategic thinking abilities

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact suitable target brandsand communicate the value proposition of working with the influencer marketing company
• Build relationships with influencers, journalists and media outletsto promote the acquired brands and increase their exposure and reputation
• Research market trends, consumer preferences and competitor activitiesto find potential brands that can benefit from influencer marketing services
• Monitor the performance and feedback of acquired brandsand provide ongoing support and guidance
• Oversee the integration of acquired brandsinto the influencer marketing network and platform, ensuring smooth transition and satisfaction
• Negotiate and structure dealswith the acquired brands, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and mission
