What you’ll do
As a Brand Operations Manager, you will be tasked with owning the performance of one or more key brands, including improving the overall performance of all customers operating the brand(s). Using a comprehensive set of performance data, you will monitor and analyze the brand’s performance to recommend actions to improve brand profitability, longevity and scalability. You will then be responsible for the implementation of these recommendations, ensuring that your initiatives achieve success in all core operational KPIs.
- Optimize all brand locations, learning from marketplace performance and operator behaviour
- Partner cross-functionally with the Sales, Sales Ops, Partner Marketing, Customer Success, Onboarding, Operations, and Product teams to lead growth & onboarding initiatives
- Work directly with the Brand team to implement improvements & concepts for brands
- Continuously improve current processes to improve key business KPIs
- Learn, implement and educate on best practices across all brand operators
- Educate and train partners and internal stakeholders on new tools & processes
- Closely collaborate with the Global Innovation & Business Development teams to operationalize new deals and initiatives with key strategic partners
- Work closely with the marketplace team to implement and monitor marketing strategies
- Monitor brand’s performance by operator
- Report regularly on key performance KPIs to an internal & external audience
- Share insights with internal stakeholders to improve product offering
What we’re looking for
- 2-5 years relevant work experience in B2B Ops/Sales/CS/BD
- Proficient in Google Sheets/ Excel
- SQL proficiency is a nice to have
- Organized: build for scale, logical, system-oriented
- Communicator: creative, innovative, strategic, effective
- Food / Grocery Delivery, POS, D2C experience
- SFDC experience
- Experience at a tech / SaaS startup (highly advantageous)
- Analytical: analytical, data-driven
- Hustler: trend identifier, bias to action, efficient & first to market
- Leader: empathetic, value-based relationships, long-term relationship builder
