Senior Manager- IT - Network Operations at a glance
Kraft Heinz is currently hiring a Network Operations Senior Manager within the Infrastructure and Operations team.
The Senior Manager of Network Operations works with a team and shares the responsibilities of the end-to-end management and operational support of the global network services and technologies including- but not limited to LAN- Wireless LAN- WAN- Remote Access- Firewall- Voice- and other Telecommunications services. The position requires someone who can effectively manage multiple high priority tasks or escalations simultaneously. Must have a passion for driving success. Help to identify opportunities to enable business growth though technology. Active participation with the on-premises network transformation of the traditional infrastructure footprint into the cloud. A strong focus on operational excellence and aligning with I.T. department activities with strategic business needs. Must have a solid track record of working with high performance teams. This position also requires someone who is personable- has good communications skills- willing to work with a diverse community of end users- business stakeholders- architects- engineers- developers etc. This global position reports directly to the Network & Telecom Operations -Group Lead.
What’s on the Menu?

• Maintains relationships with the partners managing KHC daily operational tasks.
• Establishes and maintains monthly governance routines with key partners to make sure that services are delivered consistent with contractual SLAs.
• Actively drives efficiency initiatives to reduce the costs for services and increase the quality.
• Aligns with engineering team on strategy and direction and co-maintains roadmap for Infrastructure services at KHC.
• Responsible for the global IT infrastructure services at KHC- measured by IT Services Reliability KPI and Business SLAs.
• Participates in lifecycle programs and capacity management processes.
• Active participation with run services of new cloud operating model in partnership with Engineering and Security
• Scope of services includes datacenter core infrastructure- cloud and edge wide area network- local area network and wireless- telecom and firewalls.
• Helps drive the migration of traditional infrastructure footprint into the cloud.
• Assures that traditional infrastructure services are delivered consistent with KHC ITSM policies and processes.
• Maintains awareness and visibility into global project initiatives.
• Establishes operational readiness review (ORR) and business as usual (BAU) transition processes for programs and projects.
• Leads weekly rituals and routines for problem analysis and change management for infrastructure services.
• Monitors services performance through daily rituals and routines.

• I have strong knowledge and experience in managing large enterprise infrastructure environments.

• I have expert knowledge of IT operations- ITSM foundation and principles.
• I have a very strong track record in delivering results in matrix relationships - including initiating and delivering change- moving away from the status-quo- and taking others on the journey of transformation.
• I have experience planning activities across IT organizations.
• I have excellent understanding of hosting- network and voice architecture- equipment- and best practices.
• I have the relevant experience and to build- run- and execute cloud- network- and voice infrastructure strategy.
• I am a self-starter with high levels of drive- energy- resilience- and a desire for professional excellence.
• I have the experience needed to help drive change within a complex organization- gaining alignment with stakeholders across different geographies.
• I have a track record of implementing and maintaining complex infrastructure and network solutions.
