Job Description
What You'll Do


The Manager, End-to-End Personalization Platform Delivery will play a key role in the planning and implementation of our technology solutions supporting our enterprise-wide Personalization strategy. They will work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric, best-in-class personalized experiences across the omni customer journey. This will include using technical and business acumen to effectively develop, scale and optimize personalization use cases. To be successful in this role, you must be quality results-driven, an enthusiastic self-starter and a strong collaborative leader. The successful candidate will be passionate about the customer, open to doing things differently, and eager to problem-solve, despite ambiguity.


  • Help set the vision, roadmap and direction for E2E Personalization experiences, pivoting with retail landscape and Business objectives.
  • Work with Business Owners and IT delivery teams to scope, size and articulate concepts into clear workstream objectives and plans with milestones and due dates.
  • Build business cases using competitive analysis, market and customer research to support new Personalization capabilities across people, process and technology.
  • Translate business needs and inputs into product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Identify and address delivery issues and risks by developing contingency and mitigation plans.
  • Develop phased roll-out approaches for new E2E Personalization experiences, with focus on both the short-term quick wins and long-term horizon planning.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across Brand & Customer, IT, Store Operations and Merchandising to understand their business capabilities and how to unlock for omni-channel E2E Personalization experiences.
  • Lead delivery prioritization efforts and make trade-offs to ensure continuously delivering high business value; inform capital planning efforts.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.
  • Drive new ways of working in a truly cross-functional and agile way, focusing on driving impactful, relevant and credible personalized experiences for CTC customers.
  • Develop and manage a strategic delivery roadmap for the creation of personalized experiences that will surprise and delight CTC customers.

What You Bring


  • Experience working in agile environments across project lifecycle, from requirement gathering, design sessions, status reporting, and implementations.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
  • Strategic thinker that can operationalize priorities for scaled execution (test/pilot to national level).
  • Highly organized to manage multiple priorities/initiatives with exceptional attention to detail/accuracy.
  • Proven ability to develop productive cross-organization relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver influential large scale project communications with clarity, confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Energy and passion to drive new capabilities across Business and IT priorities.
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, IT, Strategic Planning or related field.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills with the ability to build compelling storylines in executive format.
