Finishing Superintendent - High-Rise

They are a fully integrated real estate developer specializing in mixed-use, high-rise residential communities. About the Opportunity

As a Finishing Superintendent, you are well versed in high rise residential construction. You are comfortable overseeing the finishing schedule and directing all related trades on site. You will be working alongside the Site Superintendent to ensure the highest level of Health & Safety and quality of construction.

• A strong leader and problem-solver, with the ability to build respect and trust with subcontractors and team member
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Finishing Superintendent role (residential high rise)
• Thorough knowledge of the Ontario Health and Safety Act and the Ontario Building Code
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Post-secondary education (College or University) with a specialty in Construction, Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with prioritizing and multitasking abilities to meet time sensitive deadlines
