Assistant Residential Site Manager

General Responsibility

TheAssistant Residential Site Managerassists the Site Manager inmanaging overall maintenance services including all administrative and organizational obligations. The Assistant Site Manager will aid inplanning and coordinatingall maintenance activities, changes to anyprocedures, any other maintenance / administrative responsibilities. This role will serve as the primary contact to the Customer and BEUMER Group when the Site Manager is not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and organize resources so that plans are fulfilled or exceeded
• Coordinate with maintenance managers worldwide.
• Assist in managing theResidential Service business plan for the region
• Carry out other assignments as assigned
• Retainaccountability for results when delegating
• Develop, inspire, and motivate the Residential Service Team
• Exclusive Reporting – internal and external
• Maintain a strong focus on desired results
• Continuous Improvement Management
• Communicate the vision and strategy, set forth by the Site Manager and Company leadership, to team members

Requirements:

• Six Sigma philosophy
• Mechanical or Electrical Diploma
• Strategy insight and comprehension
• RAIC Security Clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain such clearance
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Project)
• Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Management in Baggage Handling Systems or Material Handling Equipment
• Financial/Business sense
• CMMS knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Comprehension of values and strong leadership competencies
