Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid


Location: Various school sites throughout East Bay, CA


Pay: $48,000-$63,000

THE ROLE


The role of the Site Success Manager is to work alongside our Field Operations team to ensure a successful launch and implementation of the Elevo Learning programs and curriculum, acting as a liaison between Field Operations and local schools. They are key contributors to the growth and success of the company. This role will report directly to the local Operations Manager and will assist with formal meetings and problem solving to ensure the program is a success.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate and work very closely with the Operations Manager and Regional Managers regarding program health.
  • Provide general support to field operations team members throughout the duration of programs.
  • Manage and respond to all customer correspondence from principals, teachers, district contacts, etc. via phone, email and other methods.
  • Manage the Customer Service Journey and execute action items for each stage (i.e. post-launch meetings, midpoint check ins, survey conducting, etc.).
  • Conduct site visits to attend principal meetings and assess customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback regarding program health to all stakeholders in order to provide the appropriate resources for any additional on-site support.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for principals at each site and represent Elevo with professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to principals and site administrators to establish and maintain partnerships.


Position Qualifications


Requirements:


  • Visit sites in your region for principal meetings, program launches, etc.
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in developing external partnerships, face-to-face customer service and/or sales


Preferred:


  • Experience in education, in-school programming, and/or enrichment programs for TK-6th grade

The target annual base pay range for this position is $48,000-$63,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
