More than 500 brands and 1000’s of retailers have made Zoovu the standard SaaS platform to build and manage digital assistants in-store and online. We’re looking for an experienced, well rounded graphics designer to work within our Solutions and Digital teams, designing graphical elements for show-stopping demos and creating unique experiences across our digital properties. You will be highly collaborative, an excellent communicator, and thrive within a high-performing, results-driven team.


The Role:

  • Become a Zoovu product expert and use this knowledge to effectively guide customers towards their desired outcomes
  • Be the industry expert consulting the customer on best-in-class experiences
  • Be part of the team delivering new projects to new customers and expanding services to existing customers
  • Identify, track, and improve the health status of each of your customers
  • Be responsible for managing the day-to-day service relationship communications with the portfolio customers
  • Make sure that customers get maximum value from Zoovu and give them insight into this through high-touch engagements
  • Proactively work with the customer on the rollout plan, contract adoption and ensuring they have the high value experiences live
  • Collaborating with clients to establish key performance indicators and aiding the customer in achieving their goals and evolving the platform to ensure continued success
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of customer initiatives, roadmaps, rollout plans and issues
  • Networking within the customer organisation to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the customer organisation with a focus on creating executive level, value-based engagement
  • Introduce and support customers in gaining in depth knowledge about our systems and the effects and benefits to their business
  • Develop best practices for customer growth/renewal to ensure ongoing customer success, thereby driving customer growth and retention
  • Identify and drive cross sell and upsell opportunities

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Unafraid to roll-up sleeves, get it done and "lead from the front”
  • Have proactive and collaborative mentality and excellent time management skills, ability to handle multiple accounts & assignments simultaneously
  • Proactive team player who has fresh ideas when it comes to user adoption and churn mitigation
  • Be a quick learner and can work effectively in a constantly evolving scale-up environment
  • Ability to recognize and maximise business value
  • Enjoys working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Exceptional drive for developing new operational processes and projects and ability to fulfil operational roles
  • Comfortable with preparing and delivering formal executive business reviews (EBR) to senior-level executives, with a focus on project-specific milestones and customer health
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years account management experience managing renewals and upsells / expansion.
