Hello 👋Future ResQer!
ResQ is looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our operations team and help us take ResQ to the next level. You will help take ResQ to new heights by growing our service and maintenance provider pipeline and managing new and existing partner accounts. You will generate new business through inbound leads and outbound prospecting, qualifying leads and positioning ResQ to potential partners. From a mission perspective, you will play a pivotal role by creating meaningful partnerships with some of the best local partners in your market.

  • Owning key metrics related to our partner health and revenue
  • Driving improvements at ResQ and within our product to better support our partners
  • Qualifying, onboarding and maintaining relationships with our partners
  • Consistently educating our partners on ResQ services and offerings
What you will do:
As a Partner Success Manager you will be contributing in the following areas:
  • Achieving metrics 💲You are motivated by metrics, and will be responsible for driving supply and revenue metrics including ensuring our customers are consistently sold on adn set-up preventative maintenance plans with us
  • Account Management & Relationships 🫶You will maintain close relationships with our partners, and build a strong level of trust with them
  • Growth 📈 You will continuously educate our partners on ResQ's service offerings and identify opportunities for growth
  • Building pipeline 📞You will be responsible for targeting and qualifying prospects in the service and maintenance space, conducting discovery calls, and identifying opportunities to grow their businesses through ResQ’s marketplace
Who You are:
  • You are a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • Experience in the restaurant industry or technology marketplaces is considered an asset
  • You have a customer-first mindset as we are obsessed with the customer experience and set new standards for excellent service
  • You have a data and metric-driven mindset with an unwavering dedication towards achieving your and your company's targets
  • You have 2+ years of account management experience
  • You take extreme ownership in everything you do - it's one of our core operating principles.
  • You are open to transparent feedback as we encourage open dialogue and provide candid feedback to help each other succeed
  • You are an ambitious top performer, you persevere through intense obstacles
