We are currently seeking a Campaign Success Manager to manager our commerce campaigns. We are seeking a candidate who will serve as the day to day campaign account manager and be responsible for strategic optimizations to maximize campaign performance and ensure full campaign delivery.

This ideal candidate for this role will be organized, keep attention to detail, and have strong communication skills. This person will have a robust knowledge of the digital ecosystem and will be able to strategically provide recommendations and optimization enhancements for multiple campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operational campaign delivery and performance
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance KPIs
• Act as main point of contact for campaign optimization and recommendations to the Client Partner and Account Executive team
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance issues
• Create new operational processes for new offerings and ways to streamline daily responsibilities
• Work within the technical team to uncover roadblocks and fix problems
• Act as the lead for all commerce campaigns to Internal Teams
• Manage workload and campaign capacity for commerce team

Profile and Experience:

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to multitask
• Able to prioritize and strategize based on company and internal team KPIs
• A minimum of Bachelor's degree required
• Excel skills, including pivot tables, chart marking, and manipulation of large data sets
• Tableau experience preferred
• Experience with Ad Verification Vendors preferred
• 3-4 years of relevant campaign management experience
• Robust understanding of digital ecosystem and industry knowledge
• Proficient analytical skills with a strong eye for detail
