Marketing Consultant
Hybrid in Toronto, ON
6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Be a part of an innovative organization driving Real-Time Marketing Consumer Data Platform Analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills working with internal and external stakeholders is key. You will be joining a global leader in the digital, communications and media space. In this role you will be a SME on CDP analysis, metrics, KPIs, performance data, customer segmentation data and educate the marketing team on data analysis, trends and what real-time campaigns should be created to impact engagement & ROI.
What You Will Be Doing
- Expert in understanding the Business Requirements and what they mean in relation to the Data. What is the best data and what data really matters in relation to making data-driven decisions for real-time campaigns.
- Proven experience driving questions, answers & coming up with recommendations based on data. Experience with Real Time Marketing Data (is about the timing, what is the profile of the target audience that they will click on the offer, who, what, where, when, why).
- Look at data across different customers, campaigns, and test the concept on how do we know if it is working and provide the feedback & recommendations.
- Ability to strategize with a dynamic team on how to deliver the right campaign to the right person based on the data that they have.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ability to work with Tech and Business to drive requirements, bridge the tech/biz gap
- 5-12+yrs data analysis and analyzing Real-Time Marketing CDP Data
- Expert in evaluating Campaign performance metrics, engagement, KPIs etc. and making recommendations to increase results and impact ROI
- Educate marketing campaign users on data and educate on best practices for data driven business decisions
- Understands Customer 360 view, how to segment the data and target the correct audience based on performance metrics
- Working understandings of Interact tool and how to build out the campaign.
