CHANEL CRM Manager – Fragrance & Beauty


Location: Toronto


Reports to: Head of Marketing


Contract: Full-time and permanent position


Your role @Chanel:


Lead all CRM for Fragrance & Beauty for the Canada market. Contribute to the CRM strategy, by growing client engagement through communication channels and apps. The successful candidate will do this through a combination of client insights, data analysis brand guidelines, always aligning to the CHANEL image.

What you will bring to the role:


  • Responsible for and the key contact of the internal app to our Beauty Advisors, ensuring application maintenance and a strong user experience;
  • Responsible for database growth; developing data capture opportunities and growing owned client data. Understand data flows and be the business stakeholder to improve client data integrations;
  • Create programme to share understanding of the benefits of data capture with the sales team through training, regular communications, and reports;
  • Leverage local market trends via email communication to maintain relevancy and work closely with the regional team to deliver this;
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results;
  • Manage the Canada F&B Email Marketing strategy and calendar, identifying growth opportunities as well as enhancing the client experience through effective personalisation and targeting;
  • Bilingual: French & English.
  • Support on VIC initiatives to enhance the relationship and discover opportunities to grow the VIC segment;
  • Develop the app functionality roadmap to enable a better user experience, plus ensuring the app always provides a strong understanding of clients whilst improving the BA and client relationship;
  • Develop automated trigger journeys based on client behaviours to drive engagement and retention;
  • Lead on-going and new projects to increase client knowledge and engagement, whilst ensuring these projects are aligned with the strategic business direction;
  • Work with Marketing to develop client gifting strategy and manage gift forecasting to ensure client needs are met;
  • Ensure client data alignment across touchpoints to maintain highest data integrity;
  • Previous experience delivering efficient & dynamic CRM program & experiences;
  • Report on campaign performance, developing post-campaign analysis & client insights and regularly share successes and learnings;
