Who we’re looking for


As a Account Executive on the business, you will act as the primary contact, managing and coordinating agency resources to ensure all day-to-day client needs are met and all assigned projects are completed smoothly. The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated and energetic individual who possesses strong organizational skills, takes initiative, enjoys finding solutions, is detail-oriented, and takes extreme pride in their work. They must also strive to build close working relationships with the clients they are working with day-to-day.


Responsibilities


  • Ensure all assigned projects are executed to plan
  • Develop a positive and partner oriented relationship with all agency partners
  • Assemble and collate presentations and marketing plans
  • Initiate and coordinate the production process schedule
  • Produce communication materials (contact and status reports, etc.)
  • Develop and assist in writing effective briefs, under the supervision of the Account Supervisor
  • Act as an internal contact for account needs
  • Handle all meeting details, e.g., scheduling, arranging rooms, taking minutes, contact reports
  • Keep client and internal project teams updated on the status of account activities
  • Assist with building a positive agency culture
  • Develop work-back schedules, critical paths and scopes with Project Manager for each project
  • Possess a deep understanding of the client’s business and competitive environment
  • Maintain competitive tracking/reviews
  • Oversee the accuracy and quality of the agency product
  • Work effectively with an interdisciplinary agency team


Requirements


  • Knowledge of email, CRM and targeted digital marketing and testing
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an account executive role or similar
  • Ability to write effective communications
  • Passion for the business and a continuous drive for results
  • High quality assurance standards
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial drive to make things happen
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to design and deliver presentations
  • Agency experience in CRM and digital marketing
