Create programme to share understanding of the benefits of data capture with the sales team through training, regular communications, and reports;

Previous experience delivering efficient & dynamic CRM program & experiences;

Exceptional organizational skills, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results;

Growing client engagement and experience

As directed, manage Exit Strategy and Product Return

Takes initiative to acknowledge and assist customers in the aisles

Cash responsibilities (if applicable) require accuracy and efficiency in processing the customer order

Some computer and cash register skills

Uses PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks

Expert in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement and expiry dates

Proven consultative skills to provide information

Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business or Retail Management, or equivalent experience

Manage open-to-buy to maximize business opportunities and inventory control

Manage inventory; make timely profitability decisions; review existing inventory performance indicators and react quickly to change in demand, logistics and trends

3-5 years proven Buying experience, preferably in luxury retail and experience in beauty/cosmetics would be ideal

Sound knowledge of purchasing principles and practices / Retail Math

Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to get things done
