Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer. We are currently looking to recruit a passionate and engaged Campaign Support Team to help deliver our annual campaign. We anticipate that the Campaign Support Team will work remotely, though travel to our Toronto office may be required at times.

You’ll have the opportunity to
- Attending local events, where necessary, to give our fundraisers a remarkable experience, which can include work at evenings and weekends*
- Processing donations and gift matching requests efficiently
- Supporting post-campaign with ‘thank yous’.
- Identifying any patterns or issues with the website and escalate these so they can be addressed.
- Responding to ad-hoc requests as needed
- Supporting the Facebook inbox and fundraising pages
- Be the voice of Movember, responding to all telephone, live chat, and email enquiries from our community in a fast and effective manner.
- Supporting on research, outreach, data management and project work as required
For this role, you’ll need
- Experience working in a customer service environment.
- The ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a good team player; demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
- Happy working occasional evenings and weekends.
- High degree of self-motivation and initiative.
- The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation.
- Exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Work well under pressure and to deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.
