Job Description

Clean Bee Co., Canada's leading provider of exceptional cleaning services, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support across various departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-notch service to our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, such as managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing files.
  • Provide marketing assistance by coordinating with the marketing team by creating promotional materials, managing social media platforms, and coordinating marketing campaigns.
  • Support the HR department by sourcing and coordinating with cleaners nationwide, ensuring a reliable and efficient workforce.
  • Proactively manage the schedules of our co-founders, including coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
  • Provide comprehensive sales support, including generating quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in client management activities, ensuring excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Assist in project management tasks, including monitoring project timelines, coordinating team activities, and preparing progress reports.


Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English; fluency in French is a plus.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in administrative support roles or similar positions is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documents.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent computer skills and strong technical aptitude to effectively navigate various software applications and tools.

  • This role requires you to be in the office daily 9am -5pm. This is not a remote position.

    This position may also require to to travel from time to time within 30km’s of our office.
