Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

The Administrative Support is responsible for all ongoing reception, scheduling, and other daily general administrative duties. The Administrative Support’s additional duties would include coordination of staff meeting, maintaining databases, meeting minutes and reports.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

·Provide administrative supports to all team members.

·Review and prepare documents, reports and other material for the team.

·Receive and relay information to team using text app or google chat.

·Management of insurance deposits with accuracy.

·Provide coverage to front desk – greeting customers, assist with inquiries, answering phones, processing transactions, weekly inventory and correspondence.

·Create spreadsheets to track and calculate balances and transactions.

·Attend weekly staff meetings to gather and collate information, by taking notes, tracking actions and creating meeting minutes.

·Provide support with data entry, daily and monthly accounting processes.

·Manage agency billing, payments collections and Tel pay transactions.

·Prepare any outgoing courier pick ups.

·Troubleshoot any technology challenges.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

·Post-Secondary Business Administration or Office Administration completion.

·Minimum 2 years office experience including a strong financial skill including Accounts Receivable experience.

·Experience in the insurance industry an asset

·Strong customer services skills

·Proficient in MS office, including excel, word and outlook and google applications.

·Strong computer knowledge, experience with Tel pay would be an asset.
