The Role


  • Preparing business cases to obtain corporate approval for sponsorships/donations
  • Coordination with clients and partners for calendaring
  • Managing office budget
  • Drafting/revising emails, employee announcements, communications
  • Responding promptly to managers queries
  • Ordering office supplies/promotional materials
  • Assisting with orientation and onboarding of new employees
  • Travel arrangements + expense reports
  • Managing health and safety policies
  • Office reception - Greeting and signing in clients and partners upon arrival
  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Coordination with building management, cleaners, mail room and other facility services as required
  • Proactively assisting with calendar management of executives
  • Handling catering requirements for meetings
  • Setting up meeting rooms for internal or external meetings
  • Organizing employee townhalls/events


Who You Are


  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Proven experience in an office management/executive administrative role
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by management team
  • Extensive experience with standard office suite tools
  • Strong social media skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self starter with excellent initiative
