Job Description
A 40-year-old electromechanical engineering company is seeking a Secretary / Office Assistant to work with three executives.


Minimum Requirements


  • Recent undergraduate degree from a Canadian-based University in humanities or social sciences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, especially in speaking and writing skills, as well as reporting. Primarily english speaking preferrable.
  • Ability to take notes through dictation, type with speed and accuracy, and reproduce notes in an organized manner.
  • Problem-solving and ability to take initiative.
