EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT -CEO – FINANCIAL INDUSTRY

Our client is a global investment firm is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their team and support their CEO. This is a great opportunity to join an established team with a long-term track record and steady growth over the past 15 years.

*Please note that this role is ideally 5 days in the office while the CEO is in office*
The Role
You will be the key support for the CEO/Managing Partner. You will manage all the day-to-day administrative functions for the busy executive. The successful candidate will provide advanced support to maximize the productivity of the CEO/Managing Partner and the senior leadership team.
· Organize the operational aspects of senior leadership activities, acting as a bridge between top executives, clients, and external partners.
· Manage the scheduling for the executive's calendar, orchestrating meetings, appointments, and effectively prioritizing their time.
· Prepare and circulate various documents such as reports and presentations whenever necessary.
· Handle the intricate logistics of travel arrangements, encompassing both local and international flights and lodging.
· Coordinate meetings and create and sustain agendas and materials for recurrent gatherings.
· Administer expense reporting and provide auxiliary support tasks as required, which may encompass calendar and expense assistance for other key figures.
· Provide coverage to fellow administrative team members as needed.
What you bring to the Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will come with:
- Strong communications skills, writing correspondence and the confidence to liaise with all levels, internally and externally.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
- 5+ years experience supporting Senior Executive as an executive assistant from the financial industry.
- Highly skilled in the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Think-Cell) and e-mail and calendaring.
