CEO/Co-Founder for an exciting opportunity to join SheFighter, A Social Enterprise that has been working for women and girls the past 10 years.

** Please note that there is no set monthly salary for this position. Compensation is equity based**

Responsibilities

SheFighter is seeking a dynamic and innovative CEO/Co-Founder to carry on the work that SheFighter Started since 2012. Empowering women through Self-Defense and Building a community of women globally. We have expanded to 35 countries over the past 10 years empowering women through Self-Defense and through Events and Conferences. Now SheFighter is approaching a new way of business and is looking for someone to lead with passion and drive to help women and girls live in safety.

Exciting opportunity to lead The SheFighter that has been recognized by President Barack Obama, won an Award from Hillary Clinton and has proven success globally and locally.

This position is for someone who is really passionate about gender empowerment and moving companies to next level.

About You

You are a visionary leader, Strategic Planner and Executer. You are a natural leader with solid understanding for non profit organizations and how to think globally as the business expands. Motivated to join a Company that is for a good cause and be The CEO and Co-Founder.

Key Responsibilities

Grow The SheFighter Community through events, Conferences, and academies

Foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Drive the company toward profitability and success.

Implement innovative marketing and operational Strategies

Qualifications :

Fundraising Experience is preferable

Marketing Background and Excellent Planner.

Experience with Startups and Social Enterprises.

Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills.
