Position Overview

The company is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the President and CEO of Aviation. In this key executive role, you will be responsible for driving the overall strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the company's aviation portfolio companies. As the President and CEO, you will work closely with the management teams of the portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance, operational support, and financial expertise to ensure their success.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the management teams of portfolio companies, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute the overall strategic vision for the aviation portfolio, in alignment with the company's investment goals and objectives.
• Work closely with the company's finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize financial performance.
• Oversee the performance and operations of the company's aviation portfolio companies, ensuring effective implementation of business strategies and achievement of financial targets.
• Present periodic reports and updates to the company's partners and investors on the performance of the aviation portfolio.
• Collaborate with the company's investment professionals to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the aviation sector, conducting due diligence and assessing market potential.
• Monitor industry trends and developments to identify potential risks and opportunities, adjusting strategies and tactics accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including key executives, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior executive roles within the aviation industry, preferably with a proven track record in strategic leadership and operational management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, aviation, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications are highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a collaborative and empowering management style that inspires and motivates teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and profitability in aviation businesses, with a focus on value creation.
