Accounting Coordinator/Canadian Tax/Aviation

Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for an Accounting Coordinator/Canadian Tax/Aviation who will be responsible for ensuring airline booking & fulfillment data integrity through detailed quality control and corrections handling. This candidate will be working with airline partners to ensure payments/refunds/debit memos are processed accurately and timely in accordance with IATA and individual airline policies and procedures.

Desired Skill Set:

• Dependable, act with integrity & exercises good judgement
• Solid knowledge of Sabre including GDS back office ticketing
• Minimum of 3 years of direct operational work experience in accounting
• Experience working with airlines and/or BSP/IATA operational understanding within a high-volume processing environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel & MS Word
• Works well under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
• Experience with accounting software, Agresso/Unit4 would be an asset (preferred, not required)
• Strong verbal & written communication
