One of our TOP 5 Banking clients is looking to hire a Senior BA to support Credit Card Solutions. The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
12 Month Contract (Potential to extend / convert to FTE)
Must-Have Skills:
• In depth knowledge of TS2 system, and other peripheral systems
• TS2 platform (credit card transaction system) experience – configuration and changes of the system itself
• Strong ability, and proficient in soliciting and gathering business requirements
• Strong understanding of Card issuance, replacement, and design attributes
• Good knowledge of regulatory compliance environment in Canada
• Understanding QA processes and lifecycle management (SDLC); Solid knowledge of project life cycles and practices
• Strong understanding of the Vendor Project methodologies (CLM, TSDM)
• Ability to take ownership and lead a project – manage deliverables with minimal supervision (may juggle small to medium size projects)
• Ability to manage multiple/simultaneous projects while meeting tight timelines
• Analysis and solution documentation experience
• Understanding of credit card products in general
• TSYS experience
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous banking / FI experience
• Industry-specific knowledge and experience is an asset
• Possesses solid business knowledge in the Finance, Banking, Payments Industry

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Good relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation abilities
• Solid knowledge of project life cycles and practices
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal)
• Knowledge of SharePoint
• Adaptability and flexible
• Strong leadership skills
• Independent enough to communicate with stakeholders and find solutions
