On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Business Analyst - Data Strategy Solutions.
Business Analyst - Data Strategy Solutions –

• Operating model(s) and related processes
• Help build/develop training and communications and other collateral related to these deliverables
• Support the vision, strategy, mandate and operating model for the program
• Support program governance reporting, team initiative tracker and maintain/manage program RAID log, where required
• Change management
• Foster an environment of continuous personal growth
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to enable active and collaborative working relationships
• Develop and maintain the program communications portal (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence)
• Maintain a culture of exceptional customer service and cultivate an internal brand as a leading program advisor
• Strategy and maturity model
• With input from program Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), support the development and implementation of key program deliverables, collateral, and processes including (but not limited to):
• Build and operationalize business processes and supporting documentation (e.g., frameworks, process flows, job aids, procedures)
• Delivery strategy and framework

Business Analyst - Data Strategy Solutions – Mandatory Skills

• Ability to adapt and pivot within a team environment to changing program requirements
• 8+ years working in strategy, consulting, or business process architecture roles within the financial services industry
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Considerable experience managing, collaborating, and communicating with stakeholders in a cross-functional enterprise context
• Ability to make an impact, influence and achieve results with effective negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
• Robust knowledge of and ability to build and apply data strategy, frameworks, operating model, and related processes (including RACI, process architecture, and related documentation)
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English; ability to summarize complex ideas in very simple but accurate terms
• Be empowered to lead and have an impact on a highly complex, fast-paced and global transformation journey as part of a high-performing team of data, analytics and infrastructure (cloud & legacy technology) experts.
• Gain visibility to senior and Executive management at Canadas most international bank while working in a supportive and flexible work environment/team
• Tenacious problem-solving skills and an ability to work with ambiguity to advance deliverables
• Strong technical skills working with SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA and PowerBI among other reporting and communications tools
• Apply creative design thinking, problem-solving and logical analysis to create impactful deliverables which are clear, pragmatic and effective to manage a global cloud program
• Ability to work flexibly and prioritize in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment; resourceful and determined about getting the job done with excellent teaming skills
• University Degree in business, engineering, or technology (MBA an asset), or equivalent
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; superior PowerPoint and Excel skills

• Knowledge and experience of change management including related activities and execution
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms, architecture, capabilities, and trends
• Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations within a financial services organization
