As the Accounting Flight Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the integrity of travel/airline booking and fulfillment data through meticulous quality control and corrections handling. You will collaborate with airline partners to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, refunds, and debit memos in accordance with IATA and individual airline policies and procedures.

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on maintaining data integrity and mathematical accuracy for revenue and expense reconciliation and reporting.
• Ability to read Sabre fare remarks and ticketing queues for passenger refund processing using the Sabre mask (nice to have).
• Calculate and add Canadian VAT taxes when required.
• Conduct daily quality control by running and reviewing travel/flight QC reports, investigating and correcting sales and servicing data in the financial travel system (Agresso/Unit4) interfaced from the front office/Sabre.
• Update travel/flight booking data in the accounting system and create refund accounting lines as necessary for serviced airline tickets.
