Job Description
Senior Concierge

Welcome and acknowledge all residents and their guests according to company standards;
Anticipate and address service needs;
Assist individuals with disabilities, and thank others with genuine appreciation;
Provide direction to guests and contractors to the visitor parking spaces;
Respond to resident requests for services (e.g., in-suite maintenance, transportation, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers;
Answer, record, and process all telephone messages, emails, requests, questions, or concerns;
Respond to special requests from residents with unique needs and follow up to promote satisfaction;
Contact appropriate individual as necessary to resolve call, request, or problem;
Announce visitors to the Rental Office using shared calendar and escort if necessary;
Register and book appointments for those prospects who inquire about renting but do not have an appointment;
Gather, summarize, and provide information to residents and their guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities 
Liaise with Moving Co-Ordinator to reserve the elevator for move-ins and outs; 
Review shift logs, daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
Report any incidents, accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to property manager; 
Respond to emergencies after hours;
Follow all company policies and procedures;
Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional;
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. 
Speak with others using clear and professional language;
Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely;
Recruit, train and supervise full and part time Concierge staff;
Create and manage schedules;
Support team to reach common goals: listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards; 
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested. 

QUALIFICATIONS
First Aid certified
Working knowledge of word, excel
Previous customer service related experience 
Previous experience in Concierge or front desk role in an upscale hotel, condo or purpose-built rental
A comprehensive knowledge of Yonge Eglinton neighbourhood and the surrounding areas
Good energy with roll-up-the-sleeves attitude
A good level of physical fitness 
Flexibility over a 7 day schedule
Knowledge of Yardi, Yuhu, Lead Managing advantageous
Second language would be advantageous
