As a Cannabis Trimmer, you will play a pivotal role in executing essential tasks such as sanitation, harvesting, drying/curing, meticulous trimming, and packaging directly in the field with the Cannabis plant. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic and rapidly growing field.

Responsibilities

• Contribution to post-harvest breakdown and comprehensive clean-up operations.
• Proficient operation of machinery involved in harvesting, drying/curing, trimming, and packaging processes.
• Adherence to meticulous compliance with all pertinent Standard Operating Procedures relevant to assigned tasks.
• Thorough cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Precise completion of documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Management of cannabis waste collection and its subsequent appropriate disposal.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills to facilitate team collaboration.
• Preferred experience in post-harvest activities would be advantageous.
• Fundamental aptitude in mathematics for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Competence in operating standard office equipment as needed for role responsibilities.
• Background in greenhouse operations or agricultural work would be considered a valuable asset.

• Working Schedule: 7am-7pm Mon-Wed & Alternating Thursdays OR alternating Thursdays, Fri-Sun
