Connectship System and Kinaxis Software are tools use for SAPintegration in supply chain management module.

We are seeking a highlyskilled and experienced Transportation Analyst with expertise in Connectshipsystems/ Kinaxis, weigh scales, Zebra printers, scanners, and programminglanguages XSL scripting. The Transportation Analyst will play a crucial role inoptimizing transportation operations, leveraging technology systems, anddeveloping custom solutions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3years of experience working with these systems and tools, along with abackground in transportation logistics, SAP / Scale Manhattan knowledge, andproficiency in programming language. This position offers an excitingopportunity to contribute to the success of our transportation operations whileworking in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

1.Utilize XPS (SCT Software) and Connectship systems/Kinaxis Software to analyze transportation data, identify trends, and generate insights for process improvement and cost reduction.

2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, carriers, and suppliers to gather relevant data and requirements, ensuring seamless transportation operations.

3.Work with weigh scales, Zebra printers, and scanners to ensure accurate measurement, labeling, and tracking of shipments, complying with regulatory requirements and company standards.

4.Leverage SAP / Scale Manhattan knowledge and experience to integrate transportation processes with the broader supply chain and financial systems.

5.Program and develop custom labels and documents using XSL scripting to enhance functionality and automation of transportation systems and processes.

6.Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure data integrity with Connectship/ Kinaxis, SAP, Scale Manhattan, and custom solutions.

7.Assist in the implementation and integration of new transportation management systems, hardware devices, and SAP modules, ensuring smooth transition and effective utilization.

8.Stay informed about transportation regulations, compliance requirements, industry trends, and advancements in Connectship// Kinaxis, Zebra printers, scanners, SAP, Scale Manhattan, programming languages, and custom development, recommending necessary adjustments or improvements.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

2.Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation logistics, with expertise in Connectship systems// Kinaxis Software, weigh scales, Zebra printers, scanners, custom label, and document development.

3.Knowledge of SAP , Scale Manhattan and XPS (SCT Software) is preferred.

4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex transportation data and translate it into actionable insights.

5.Proficient in using transportation management systems, Connectship// Kinaxis Software with a demonstrated ability to navigate and extract meaningful information from these platforms.

6.Knowledge of transportation industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.

7.Programming proficiency in C++ or .NET or VBA is preferred.

8.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, carriers, and stakeholders.

9.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

10.Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.

11.Ability to adapt to changing business needs and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
