What you will do:
- Assist FCC Admin by pairing invoices with internal trip numbers for billing
- Perform data entry and complete reports as directed
- Hotel and rental car booking for flight crew and passengers.
- Assist Senior Flight Coordinator with future trip planning
- Assist in the storage of a physical copy of post-flight paperwork
- Guarantee that all packages are up to standards to issue a correct invoice to charter and owner clients
- Audit Post Flight paperwork for compliance with procedure and ensure it is submitted to the correct department according to standard
What you bring:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to completion of tasks on a timely basis
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to retain and process large amounts of information
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task & work well under pressure
- Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level or higher
- Enrolled in an accredited post-secondary course, aviation programs will be considered an asset
