A minimum three (3) year Post-Secondary education in Computer Studies, Information Technology or a related field.

Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in technical support in a large-scale, multi-user networked environment.

Valid drivers' license and ability to drive Mohawk owned IT van to service remote campuses.

Building and delivering Operational Reporting to key stakeholders using data warehouse

Building and delivering of marketing campaigns using campaign software

Experience working with MS Visio or a comparable process management software

You are pursuing a degree in Business, Retail Management or a relevant discipline

Experience coordinating projects and documenting progress

Experience executing SIPOC+ analyses would be considered an asset

Help coordinate various projects from concept development to full implementation

Work with the team to develop and draft new processes

Project management (planning, coordinating, and finance)

Four months with a business unit for training and practical experience, either online or onsite (role dependent)
