The Opportunity
Our team, dedicated to fueling and supporting our firm’s growth, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to better deploy the full breadth of our offering to existing and future clients. As part of a dynamic and agile team, you will primarily support Business Development in the design and delivery of marketing initiatives.
What You Will Do

• Stay abreast with best practices, tools and other resources both externally and within the firm
• Content as well as by improving the graphics and formatting
• Update tracking systems to optimize the impact of the team and better measure results
• Collaborate effectively with various teams event management, graphic design, communications and proposals
• Develop, update and improve support materials for in‑person and virtual client meetings
• Complete research for information and content to support the creation of marketing tools
• Support the preparation of external meetings and presentations, including content and coordination with internal and external actors

What You Bring To The Role

• University degree in business administration
• Project management experience
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and French
• Proven experience in developing marketing tools that deliver results
• Team player with strong relationship building skills
• At least two years of experience in a marketing agency or team
