Behaviour is looking for a Community Management Intern to join its growing Outreach group. With this internship you will get the opportunity to learn the ropes of Community Management embedded in Behaviour’s Community Outreach team. Our Outreach team’s purpose is to build connections with our players in channel and platforms that exist outside of Behaviour’s owned ecosystem, and with your help we will be able to expand our reach to additional communities. To be considered for this internship, you must:

• Send us your resume and tell us about your passion for videogames;
• Be able to work 37,5 hours/week for 3 months starting in SEPTEMBER 2023;
• Be eligible to work FULL TIME in Canada (from Quebec or Ontario) at the time of your application.

In this role you will :

• Collaboration with different internal teams: player support, product management, influencer management etc;
• Support with live stream moderation and moderator coordination;
• Build a report with analysis and recommendations on how to support those communities in a meaningful way that brings value to for them as well as Behaviour;
• Assist in obtaining player feedback and work with the team to present the feedback in the correct manner;
• Learn how to report on player sentiment in an unbiased and factual manner;
• Research and make contact with fan-run communities built around our games;
• Help identify game related issues improving our relationship with our players;

What we're looking for :

• Excellent written and communication skills
• Flexible and positive attitude
• Knowledge of current gaming community platforms and communication strategies
• A love for video games – knowledge of Dead by Daylight is a bonus point
