Performance and salary reviews are never skipped (and yes, we have an established process for this). You will be asked how LTRT can keep improving. And on Fridays we reserve time to connect, whether it’s for showing off our new side projects or for some board game sessions.
It’s hard to start a new job remotely, but we do everything in our power to make sure you feel a part of the team immediately. We were flexibly working-from home before the pandemic and sure as heck will continue to do so after.
Our DNA
The LTRT team is creative, collaborative, and balanced – that’s what we refer to as our DNA.These values embody our approach to everything.
Creative: We look for new ideas and methods to inject at the start of each project. This keeps things fresh and relevant for the client, and exciting and interesting for us. We innovate in our work because one can, and one should, always strive to improve.
Collaborative: We communicate effectively, whether in-person, in writing, or by carrier pigeon. We mix working meetings and workshops regularly into our projects to keep us in sync internally as well as with clients. Most importantly, we’ll support each other during (the occasional) crunches so no one bears the load alone.
Balanced: We value a balanced approach to work and life. While we’re serious about the work we’re light-hearted about the work atmosphere. We follow up an intense project with necessary recovery time off (with some food, drinks, and fun to accelerate the process!).
