Canadian Prenatal Nutrition Program Coordinator Jobs

Excellent data management skills and attention to detail

Manage program data collection, reporting requirements, and records maintenance.

Experience in school nutrition related programs (an asset)

Experience working with schools and school boards (an asset)

Food Safety Level 1 Certification (an asset)

Valid provincial driver's license as well as access to a reliable vehicle, and First Aid certification is an asset (training provided).

Proven experience in program management and development.

Good communication /presentation skills, leadership abilities, and experience working with clients and volunteers is essential.

A Bachelor's degree or one to three years job related experience or/and an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with administrative tasks such as reporting, doc umentation, scheduling calls .

Develops, coordinates, implements and evaluate the delivery of the PATH program.

Participates in client discharge planning (hospitals/community support services).

Coordinate and facilitate collective kitchen and other nutrition and life skill knowledge for women on a monthly basis

Knowledge of Canada’s Food Guide and an ability to utilize this information in the nutrition program

Post-secondary education in social services, mental health, addictions or a related field (preferred)

Applied Suicide Interventions Skills and Training (ASIST) (preferred)

Experience using harm reduction, feminist, relational/cultural and recovery theories

Knowledge of, and excellent relationships with community resources and community partners

Minimum of 3 years of direct operational work experience in accounting

Experience working with airlines and/or BSP/IATA operational understanding within a high-volume processing environment.

Solid knowledge of Sabre including GDS back office ticketing

Experience with accounting software, Agresso/Unit4 would be an asset (preferred, not required)

Proficient in MS Excel & MS Word

Works well under pressure in a time-sensitive environment

Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business administration, or equivalent experience.

3+ years’ general accounting knowledge/experience maintaining general ledger.

Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

4+ years’ experience in accounts payable in a multi-entity corporation

Previous experience with ERP software; tech savvy to learn new software.

Experience in NetSuite and Concur is a plus.
