Overview
KEV Group is looking for a Campaign/Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for the execution of marketing programs and plans to support assigned business units. This will include:
- Internal collaboration and communication
- Event planning and management (includes tradeshow, seminars, regional meetings, hosting webinars)
- Development of marketing communication activities as required including but not limited to, newsletters, social, advertising, emails, and collateral.
- Liaison with external vendors including event management/storage vendors and print/mail houses.
- Timely execution of campaign plans through the development of outbound and inbound marketing activities
You Will:
- Track and provide results for all events and campaigns on a weekly and monthly basis
- Handle logistics for events under your business unit e.g., booking facilities, audio/visual, food & beverage, speaker/attendee registration, etc.
- Provide project management for marketing activities assigned following established guidelines and ensuring professional, consistent delivery
- Actively participate in company, staff or individual one-on-one meetings on an ongoing basis for the purposes of effective teamwork, enhanced communication and progressive co-operation strategies within the department as well as other areas across the company
- Provide timely pre- and post-event support including briefing documents, surveys, lead data entry, follow up, etc., for all events assigned
- Conduct any general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned or required in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure campaigns and events are on time and on budget
- Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver campaign and event collateral, graphics, booths, etc.
- Continually contribute to the profitability of the company and ongoing business operations by initiating, recommending, and implementing continuous improvement strategies and initiatives
Skills and Experience:
- A pragmatic, detail-oriented self-starter who demonstrates initiative and thrives in a multi-tasking, time-sensitive environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
- 2-5 years of experience working as a Marketing Specialist/Coordinator.
- Previous experience working within the SaaS industry is an asset.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and prioritize highest impact initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams), CRM and project management tools such as monday.com
- University Degree or College Diploma in marketing is required
