Role: Data Analyst, Campaign Execution Consultant
Duration: 6 months contract
Rate/ Salaty: Negotaible (Depending on expereince)
Location: Toronto (Hybrid)
Your New Role:
Provide end to end campaign execution support, across all channels (Leads, Mail, Email and Banners), to CRM team and business stakeholders. Understand the campaign requirements and ensure seamless execution of campaigns with 100% accuracy. Understand the various data sources and help perform campaign sizing and analysis to assist CRM team with campaign planning and design
Responsibilities:
- Work independently, with management, and/or CRM team to document campaign requirements. Gather campaign requirements, code, test, debug, create documentation and execute.
- Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC and/or regulatory standards and policies.
- Maintains HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
- Investigate campaign issues raised by CRM and business and help address those by identifying the root cause and implement solutions to prevent them.
- Improve the awareness and provide support in the use of information solutions by business analysts.
- Translate loosely defined campaign requirements from CRM into clear targeting rules for execution.
- Develop and maintain campaign execution and fulfillment programs to support CRM and business stakeholders.
Requirments:
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• A minimum of three years of proven experience in campaign execution competency involving relational databases
• 3+ years Proficiency with personal computers and programming in SAS/EG, SQL, UNIX Environment
• Strong query writing skills necessary
• Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency in working with structured and digital data sources like unstructured and in-stream data.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
• 3+ years Proficiency with personal computers and programming using CRM tools like CIM, Celebrus and PEGA.
• Good understanding of policies related customer privacy and preferences, its application in campaign execution area.
• Experience in Financial Services industry desired.
• Prior experience in Batch communication and Real-time personalized customer communications management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
