Responsibilities:
•TheClientPartnerisaccountableforscalingexistingaccountrelationships.
•Musthaveexperiencehandlingmultipleclients,withprovensuccessinrapidlygrowingbusiness.
•Manageclientrelationships,buildaportfolio,andowntheopportunitymanagementcycle:Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
•Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure the fulfillment of all commitments totheclient.Familiaritywithworkingwith aglobal deliverymodelisrequired.
•Createaccountplansincludingheatmaps,relationships,opportunitiestobepursued,pricedecisions,valuepropositions etc.
•Maintainandgrowclientrelationshipsbygeneratingincrementalrevenuesfromassignedaccounts.
•Focusonexpandingourentireportfolioofservicesintheassignedaccounts.
•Buildtrustedpartnerrelationshipswithclientsandhelpmovetherelationshipupthevaluechain.
•Proactivelyintroducesolutions/ideastoclientstohelpimprovetheirbusinessperformance.
•Strongstrategicandbusinessproficiency.
•Articulatethecompany'smission,vision,andobjectivesconciselytospeaktoclientsandemployeesatall levels.
•Superioranalyticalandproblem-solvingcapabilities.
Skills&Qualifications:
•Bachelor'sdegreeinbusiness,engineering,orarelatedfield.AnMBAoradvanceddegreeisaplus.
•8-10yearsofprogressiverelatedexperience,withaproventrackrecordofsuccessfulaccountmanagement orsales experiencewithin theITindustry.
•StrongknowledgeofITtechnologies,ERPplatforms,andsolutions.
•Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytobuildandmaintainrelationshipswith avarietyofinternalandexternalstakeholders.
•Stronganalyticalandstrategicthinkingabilitiestoidentifymarkettrends,competitivedynamics,andcustomer needs.
•Demonstratedabilitytoidentifyandcapturenewbusinessopportunitiesfromexistingclients,negotiatecontracts,anddriverevenue growth.
•Self-motivated,results-oriented,andabletoworkindependentlyaswellascollaborativelyinateam environment.
•WillingnesstotravelwithintheUSgeographyandinternationallyasrequired.
