seamless experience for both agencies and students. By leveraging our technology and expertise,
we provide the necessary support to help recruitment agencies to better serve their students and
achieve their goals.
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a School Partner
Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships
with partner schools, coordinating marketing and content creation efforts, supporting the overall
success of partnerships, and driving the expansion of our network. You will play a crucial role in
connecting students with top-quality educational opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Join training and onboarding sessions provided by school partners
- Maintain regular contact with partner schools
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner schools
- Address partner schools' needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly
Content Creation and Marketing:
- Gather information from official channels to create content about partner schools
- Customize and align content with company branding and marketing strategies
- Develop content for digital and printed materials
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for content creation
- Represent partner schools and programs on the SaaS platform and website
- Create and distribute marketing and operational content support
Partnership Expansion and Evaluation:
- Research and identify prospective partner schools
- Evaluate potential partners and create reports for the executive team
- Develop initiatives and strategies to strengthen partnerships
- Monitor and track partner school performance
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving partnership outcomes
Communication and Collaboration:
- Coordinate information distribution within the company
- Monitor partner schools through various channels
- Inform relevant individuals or teams in a timely manner
- Organize and coordinate events related to partner schools
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research on emerging trends and industry best practices
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the international and domestic education sector
- Gather feedback from partner schools
- Use feedback to enhance services and offerings
- Collaborate with various internal teams for effective communication and coordination
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey
information and build relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information accurately
and efficiently.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage
tasks effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities, meet
deadlines, and ensure smooth coordination of activities.
Good-to-Have:
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and content creation principles, including experience in
crafting engaging and compelling content for various channels.
- Familiarity with the international and domestic education sector, including an understanding of
educational programs, admission processes, and partner relationship management.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such
as schools, educational institutions, or similar organizations.
- Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools, such as project management software,
CRM systems, and online collaboration platforms.
- Analytical skills to monitor partner school performance, track metrics, and provide valuable insights
and recommendations to enhance partnership outcomes.
