Servicenow Business Analyst - Hybrid

NOTE: HYBRID work model, office located in Toronto, Ontario.

Work Experience: Service Now Integrations, eBonding, Autocut, APIs, Data Mapping, CMDB, Agile, ITSM, ITIL V4, SDLC, OFI, Unit Testing, UAT.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Experience with APIs and data mapping rules
• Good Knowledge in Service Now & CMDB Discovery
• ITSM (ITIL V4)
• Good Communication and Writing Skill
• Well-versed withAgile Methodology
• Expertise working in Service Now Integrations like eBonding, Autocut etc.
• Well-versed with documentation (MS office Suite)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and design effective end-to-end service management solutions that drive business value across complex and heterogeneous environments
• Unit Testing business solutions based on business requirements
• Define IT Services and develop processes to manage, protect and measure the ServiceNow Service
• Create Story and write detail acceptance criteria
• Analyze information business systems to identify OFI
• Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery
• Coordinate communication between various departments to ensure awareness and approval for releases, enhancement, defects and any other changes that impact In Service Now
• Essential -ensure it remains consistent with the ITSM strategy, SDLC process and ensure coordination with all other IT processes
• Works across various testers to ensure all test cases are covered and quality delivery is achieved
• Works across various developers to ensure the best solution is implemented and that timely implementation is achieved
• Conduct business and technical studies to design, develop, integrate and implement information systems business solutions
• Assist with Process definition and documentation.
• Confer with clients/users to identify, analyze and document requirements
• Participate in Technical workshop with clients /multiple cross vendors/stakeholders to finalize the design solutions
• Support the release manager for the execution of the master implementation plan per standard implementation methodologies
• Unit Testing and drive UAT
• ServiceNow Business System Analyst to enhance or establish a professional network with managers and senior managers, Business Users, regionally & globally.
• Create data mapping documents for integrations and able to do status reporting
• Assist and Manage communications with the team (Offshore and Onsite), as well as stakeholders and business and IT management
• Assist with Implementing and facilitating change management within assigned projects
• Provides input on processes, procedures, or new approaches
• Involve Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance of ServiceNow to technical, process, and business groups
• Provides cost effective and timely on-boarding for Clients/users to our ITSM systems
