Summary
The Digital HR team is currently seeking an energetic, disciplined and result-oriented Business Analyst to join a cross-functional team serving as a bridge on the evolution of our ServiceNow HR case management to offer an omnichannel employee experience & digitise employee centric workflows.
Key Responsibilities

• Serving as a bridge between business users and ServiceNow HRSD technology teams to define and manage requirements.
• Translating business requirements to functional ServiceNow design.
• Eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating business requirements, process flows, identifying system and process solution components, and producing functional specifications
• Preparing and documenting Functional and Technical Design specifications according to client standards and methodologies.

Critical Qualifications

• Ability to monitor progress and quality effectively, remain detail-oriented at the same time understand the big-picture
• ServiceNow HRSD module and experience in the HR space
• A distinctive blend of technology, business and analytical skills
• CBAP designation
• Undergraduate degree
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication style, able to effectively communicate technical information to non-expert colleagues
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work tactically and make data driven decisions
• Demonstrated business systems analysis experience and Working knowledge of relational databases
• 3 year experience with agile methodology and software
• ServiceNow Technology background or relevant and transferable enterprise level experience with SaaS
• 3-5 years experience in either a business analysis or technical capacity at an enterprise level
