Construction Site Clerk Jobs

The position is temporary : until november 2023

Construction site is in Kenora, Ontario

A day in the life:

• Prepare & Maintain Communications and Documentation with the Construction Team Including Daily Production Plans & Results
• Other work and tasks related to project objectives, or as required by the WSP Technical Staff
• Monitor personnel access to the site and maintain sign-in/sign-out log
• Order and Maintain Office Supplies
• Daily Collection and Upload of Data for Off-Site Senior Review from On-Site Personnel
• Assist in the Coordination of Field Staff Rotations & Accommodation Arrangements
• Uphold and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to Ensure a Clean and Safe Workplace
• Maintain the Confidentiality of Corporate Information, Policies and Procedures
• Obtain, Organize & Maintain Daily Site Records on Project SharePoint

We'd love to hear from you if you have...

• Proficient with MS Office Applications, Working in Office 365 & SharePoint.
• Possess a Valid G Ontario Driver’s License.
• Able to Multi-Task and Work Under Pressure within Time Constraints.
• Possesses Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
