Site Superintendent Jobs

Our client a well known name in the pre con industry is in search of a site superintendent to work a fulltime role for a site in crosstown Toronto. The right candidate must have experience working in a high rise environment (13 stories and up) and experience from concrete to occupancy. 10+ years.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and compile monthly reports on labor costs, rental management, and other relevant aspects, submitting them to the head office for review and analysis.
• Collaborate with the site clerk, assistant superintendent, and labor foreman, assigning specific responsibilities to each team member and working closely with them throughout the project.
• Lead and facilitate bi-weekly meetings with subcontractors to discuss progress, address concerns, and ensure effective coordination among all parties involved.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of extensive experience in residential High-rise construction, including a minimum of 5 years serving as a site superintendent.
• Post-secondary education in engineering, architecture, or construction management, which has provided me with a solid foundation in the industry.
• Including Working at Heights, First Aid, WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System), and Basics of Supervision.
