One of Toronto's recognized leading Developers is currently seeking an Assistant Site Superintendent to join their High Rise division located in Toronto, ON!

Requirements:

• Work closely with the Project Management team and update on any anticipated delays or changes in the scope of work;
• Assist the Site Superintendent to lead project from beginning to occupancy
• Preparation of the project schedule, Coordination of trades.
• Lead team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Skills and Experience:

● High Rise Residential construction experience, with experience leading projects from the ground - to occupancy.

● 5+ years experience working for a Developer or General Contractor/Construction Manager.

● Strong communication skills, with leadership abilities to manage relationships with trades to ensure the project is completed efficiently

● Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
