We have partnered with our client to assist them in their search for an Working Site Supervisor with at least two years of experience and lots of experience on the tools. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual who is ready to work for growing firm with a full roster of work. This is a position tailor-made for someone who is ready to build a career in a progressive, motivating environment.
Responsibilities Include
As a working super, part of the job will include completing labour onsite as needed and we are looking for someone who has hands-on experience on the jobsite.
  • Provide professional leadership and supervision onsite
  • Work directly with trades to ensure entire scope of work is covered and that work is done correctly and safely
  • Work with project team to ensure that every project is executed correctly, on time, and on budget
  • Organize and conduct trade meetings onsite as required
  • Comply with Occupational Health and Safety act and ensure that company policy is delivered and enforced
Qualifications
  • Technical Degree, Diploma or trade certification
  • A commitment to learning and development and full confidence in your ability to succeed.
  • A desire to represent the company with professionalism and integrity
  • Updated safety training
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Sound knowledge of construction processes and ability to complete physical work onsite as required
  • Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICI environment
