Key Responsibilities:

• Type, file, and distribute various data driven field inspection reports (FIR) and others throughout the project lifespan.
• Facilitate strong working relationships with internal and external parties including Site inspectors, Partners, Operations team, clients, consultants, and any other related party.
• Complete other duties as required
• Organize incoming reports and manage outgoing communication as well as, report any required actions and dates to ensure immediate responses
• Ensure data is up to date and accurate by cross referencing with site inspectors and Partners

Requirements

• Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset
• Ability to work independently and be a team player
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
