We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our M&M business unit. The successful candidate will report to the Manager Administration and Support Services, to assist the various business units within Mining and Metallurgy.

Your Role Within The Team
- Assistance with site lodging and accommodations for EPCM team.
- General administrative support.
- Travel arrangements for turnarounds and visitors as well as 3rd party visitors.
- IT Coordination, as well as home office support for IT equipment including printers/plotters and mobilization/demobilization of equipment to and from home office.
- Coordination with clients, provide support to clients and M&M team to ensure policies and procedures are integrated with SNC-Lavalin’s for seamless day to day operations.
- Provide diverse administrative support to all disciplines and leads.
- Support, development, and issue of weekly and monthly client an internal report.

- Certificate in Business Administration is desirable, an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
- Must be proficient with MS office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role preferably in a confidential environment.
