E-Commerce Specialist - Cosmetic Distribution Company

Responsibilities:

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will:

- Manage and optimise our Shopify-based online stores to ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and overall revenue.

- Create and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness.

- Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Design and launch engaging promotional campaigns and product launches.

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to e-commerce sales, website traffic, and digital marketing efforts.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing.

• Monitor and Engage with customers through social media platforms

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience (2+ years) working with Shopify and managing e-commerce platforms.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, techniques, and best practices.

- Proficiency in utilising social media platforms for business growth and brand engagement.

- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth through aggressive yet ethical digital marketing efforts.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Passion for cosmetics and an understanding of the beauty industry is a plus.

-Bilingual - French and English a must ( Spanish an asset )
